Is this super juice?
Not even close! While super juice relies on additional acids, Forever Citrus sources vacuum concentrated juice in addition to the best pressed oils from across the world for the best possible flavor for each individual citrus
Why does the juice have alcohol in it?
Forever Citrus uses multiple preservation processes to ensure a fresh great tasting product that doesn’t ferment. Fortification happens to be one of them.
How do I use it?
Just like regular citrus! It's a one-to-one replacement. However, due to the ABV(9.98%), we recommend slightly reducing the spirit. For example, if you typically make your daiquiris with 2 oz rum, 1 oz lime, and 0.75 oz simple syrup, try using 1.5 oz rum, 0.75 oz Forever Lime, and 0.5 oz simple syrup instead. Enjoy Responsibly!
How do I store it?
Like Vermouth! Once opened pop Forever Citrus in the fridge, but don’t worry Forever Citrus won’t ferment. The only enemy to Forever Citrus is oxidation, so use within the month for the best flavor.
